These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 1wen ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://1wen.club (the "Platform" or "1wen"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features offered by 1wen, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and instant games.

The 1wen Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gambling in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 1wen reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
The 1wen Platform is designed for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 1wen Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1wen makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate for use outside the Philippines. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or wager on the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 1wen Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or avoiding self-exclusion, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, 1wen requires completion of KYC identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID card, passport, driver's license, or SSS card) and a verification selfie. KYC processing typically takes between a few hours and one business day. 1wen may require additional documentation at its discretion as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wen Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 1wen strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
You agree to notify 1wen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 1wen shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have notified 1wen support of the compromise.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and current. This includes your registered mobile number and email address, which are used for OTP delivery, account recovery, and important communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may impair your ability to recover your Account or receive withdrawal notifications.
Your 1wen Account is for your personal use only. You may not permit any other individual to use your Account to place wagers or conduct transactions. Corporate, syndicate, or group accounts are prohibited. All wagering activity on 1wen must be conducted for entertainment purposes in a personal capacity.
1wen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 1wen's discretion. Current supported methods are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 1wen Account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer and other e-wallet deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the payment channel's processing time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. 1wen does not impose deposit fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method on record. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being in place and all applicable wagering requirements being satisfied. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. 1wen reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where identity verification is incomplete.
For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 1wen reserves the right to redirect withdrawals to the original funding source in cases where payment method substitution is suspected to facilitate financial misconduct.
All transactions on the 1wen Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. 1wen is not responsible for currency conversion losses or exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 1wen Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual offer. You must be a registered, verified player in good standing to be eligible for promotional offers. 1wen reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria for any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one (1) per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to the enforcement provisions of Section 8 of these Terms.
1wen reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any Account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, the use of automated betting systems, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose.
Each game available on the 1wen Platform operates according to specific game rules provided within the game interface itself. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. By participating in a game, you acknowledge acceptance of its specific rules as supplementary to these Terms.
All electronic games available on the 1wen Platform, including slot machines and virtual table games, utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems used by 1wen's game providers are independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and statistically fair.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. RTP represents the long-run average payout percentage and does not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session. In the event of a network disconnection or technical interruption during active gameplay, 1wen's platform systems will attempt to resolve the interrupted game round using the last recorded game state. If resolution is not possible, the wager amount for that round will be refunded to your Account balance. 1wen is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues caused by your internet service provider or device.
In the event of any system malfunction, software error, or incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, 1wen reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original wager amounts. Any payouts resulting from a manifest error are not enforceable and may be reclaimed by 1wen.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1wen Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

1wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or any other circumstance that 1wen determines warrants protective action.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than established fraud or breach of these Terms, the verified Account balance (excluding Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-locked funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable regulatory holds.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting 1wen support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, 1wen will process any verified balance to the player's registered payment method before deactivating the Account. Players who have active bonuses or open wagering requirements should be aware that these will be forfeited upon closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 1wen will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administrative fee. All content on the 1wen Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the property of 1wen or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without 1wen's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1wen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arises.
1wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 1wen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The 1wen Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1wen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1wen does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. 1wen is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the Platform, including losses resulting from decisions made in the course of gameplay. You acknowledge that all wagers are made voluntarily and at your own risk.
1wen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and 1wen. The Privacy Policy describes the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and your rights as a data subject under applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
By registering an Account and using the 1wen Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. A current version of the Privacy Policy is accessible at /privacy-policy.
1wen implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission, access controls, and regular security assessments.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the 1wen Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 1wen's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact the 1wen support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. 1wen will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through 1wen's internal procedure, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint and dispute resolution procedures for licensed gaming operators. 1wen will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR inquiry or investigation arising from a player complaint.
For any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures and requires judicial proceedings, you and 1wen each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
1wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1wen will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
